The lowest height is 500mm up to 1.06m Max height. With the legs together monopod style
You can get a height of 1.2M. Leg length adjustable by quick screw lock system of the legs. The “V” head turns a full 360 degrees. There are 2 holes on either side of the mount that can be used to lace up a quick simple string or rubber holder to steady a spotting scope or other optics. It has moveable rubber leg cups that when screwed up expose pin type ends for ground types where you need better grip.
