The APM MS Binoculars have a very high image quality and a very robust mechanic. With its nitrogen purging against fogging and the robust rubber coated housing they are perfect for all conditions. Additionally the binoculars are waterproof. With the integrated tripod socket with foto thread the binoculars easily will be mounted on a photo tripod.
These binoculars are ideal for nature observing and especially under problematic light conditions the image quality is excellent. But these binoculars are also perfect for astronomy.
The Optics For the 28×110 MS-binoculars only high-quality optical glass and BaK-4 prisms for high contrast and sharp images across the entire field are used. Special coatings on all optical surfaces further enhance the image quality and ensure true-to-life colors. You can see even the finest details.
The Housing 28×110 MS-binoculars have a magnesium housing, the lightest of all metals. Magnesium is furthermore known for its sturdiness and its resistance to corrosion. The binoculars are also covered with a rubber coating, which protects the binoculars further and allows a safe, non-slip grip without weighing too much.
Waterproof
28×110 MS-binoculars are filled with nitrogen and of course water-resistant, so you do not have to worry if your binoculars get wet.
Comfortable View
28×110 MS-binoculars have a comfortable eye relief of 17 mm. The term eye relief explains where you have to place your eye to survey the entire field of view. The smaller this distance, the closer you have to bring your eye to the eyepiece. If you wear glasses and want to watch with them, this distance becomes very important. Since the 28×110 MS-binoculars have a large eye relief, you can oversee the entire field of view even with your glasses on.
Tripod Adapter
The tripod adapter is mounted on the bridge and movable to balance the binoculars. The base of the tripod adapter possesses a 1/4″×20 photo thread, which matches to customary photo tripods. Also included is a screw to attach the binoculars to a tripod.
Aluminium Transport Case
The 28×110 MS-binoculars comes with a transport case made of aluminium. The binoculars can be both transported in this case and stored safely when not in use. Aluminium transport case 62×33.5×21.5 cm ( 9.4 kg total weight)
